Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the PadelXLeague. By registering a team or participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Registration & Fees

  • Entry is £60 per team.

  • Registration must be completed through the official online form.

  • Payment will only be requested once your registration has been accepted.

  • Places are limited and allocated at the discretion of the organisers.

2. League Format

  • Teams will be placed into skill-based divisions, determined by the information provided at registration.

  • Matches will follow the format and rules set by the organisers, communicated before the season begins.

  • The organisers reserve the right to adjust schedules, divisions, or rules if required.

3. Refund Policy

  • Withdrawals made at least 48 hours before the league start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Withdrawals made within 48 hours of the league starting, or once the league has begun, are non-refundable.

  • If the league is cancelled by the organisers, all entry fees will be refunded in full.

4. Player Conduct

  • All participants must display respect, sportsmanship, and fair play at all times.

  • Abuse towards opponents, officials, venues, or organisers will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification.

  • Players are responsible for arriving on time and being ready to play.

5. Venues & Safety

  • Matches will be played at approved partner venues.

  • Players are responsible for their own safety and should use appropriate footwear and equipment.

  • The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during league matches.

6. Prizes

  • Each League Champion Team will receive £100 cash, a trophy, and additional prizes provided by sponsors.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and must be collected by the winning teams.

7. Media & Promotion

  • By participating, players agree that photos and videos taken during matches may be used for promotional purposes by the League.

  • If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify the organisers in writing before the league begins.

8. Contact & Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding matches, rules, or conduct must be raised with the organisers, whose decision will be final.

9. Amendments

  • The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the League website.
